Key responsibilities

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information

• educate clients on account services and capabilities

• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings

• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests

• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials

• The team

• You’ll be working in the Seattle office, supporting a team of financial advisors in the Pacific Northwest market. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

• Your skills and experience

• ideally 3-7 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector

• Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance or related field

• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills

• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)

• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Salary information

• The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - Washington - Seattle min USD 65000 - max USD 85000 /annum

• The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
