The Client Advisor will join the Emporio Armani Boutique in Forte dei Marmi, reflecting the brand philosophy with professionalism, attention to detail, and technical knowledge. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience and maintaining the Armani brand image. What You'll Do

Deliver an outstanding Client Experience and build client loyalty

Engage potential, new or existing clients to grow the customer base

Monitor your own performance and achieve the assigned KPIs

Uphold an impeccable boutique image and ensure product presentation on the floor

Manage stock awareness, replenishing on the floor and coordinating with warehouse stock across categories to maximize sales What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience in the fashion/luxury retail industry

Higher education diploma and/or degree

Good knowledge of English

Strong interest and passion for fashion and customer service
