What You'll Do
- Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury products, features, benefits, and brand heritage to provide informed recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively selling high-end merchandise and upselling complementary products.
- Offer personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Ensure displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards, maintaining the luxury ambiance of the store.
- Execute high-value transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing returns or exchanges.
- Perform inventory tasks such as stock checks, reordering items, and organizing stock rooms to ensure product availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business, including coordinating private shopping appointments for VIP clients.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with discretion and professionalism, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
