About the Role Within Giorgio Armani's boutique in Milan, you will join the team as Client Advisor to reflect the brand philosophy with professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge. You will contribute to delivering an outstanding client experience and uphold the store's image and performance. What You'll Do
- Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
- Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new or existing clients
- Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
- Provide an impeccable image of the store
- Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stock shelves and maximize sales What We're Looking For
- At least one year of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
- Higher education diploma and/or degree
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit Nice to Have
- Mastery of clienteling activities
- Fluency in any other language apart from English is surely appreciated Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: 25,000 - 27,000 euros per year
