About this role
About the Role Based in the Emporio Armani Boutique in Orio al Serio (BG), you will join the team as Client Advisor (L. 68/99). You will reflect the brand philosophy with professionalism, attention to detail and solid product knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
- Build client loyalty by engaging potential, new or existing clients
- Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
- Provide an impeccable image of the boutique
- Ensure product maintenance, replenishment on the floor, and knowledge of warehouse stock to restock shelves and maximize sales
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in the same industry
- Higher education diploma and/or degree
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong interest and passion for the Armani brand
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 EUR per year You are trained on data up to October 2023.
