The Armani Group is seeking a Client Advisor to join a Rome store on a part-time 24H schedule. The role embodies the brand philosophy and requires professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge to deliver an outstanding client experience.
What You'll Do
- Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
- Build client loyalty by engaging potential, new or existing clients
- Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
- Provide an impeccable image of the store
- Ensure product maintenance, replenishment on the floor, and knowledge of warehouse stock across all categories to re-stock shelves and maximize sales
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
- Higher education diploma and/or degree
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit
Nice to Have
- Mastery of clienteling activities
- Fluency in any other language apart from English is appreciated
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: €25,000 - €27,000 per year
