About the Role Join the Emporio Armani store in Orio Al Serio as a Client Advisor. You will reflect the brand philosophy through professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge, delivering an outstanding client experience and supporting the boutique's image and performance.
What You'll Do
- Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
- Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new or existing clients
- Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
- Provide an impeccable image of the boutique
- Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure restock shelves and maximize sales
What We're Looking For
- One or two years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
- Higher education diploma and/or degree
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mastery of clienteling activities
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in a collaborative environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: 25,000 euros per year (approx. USD equivalent based on exchange rates).
