Key responsibilities

• Are you a people person? Do you know how to provide superior service to attract new business and makes existing Financial Intermediaries grow further with us?

We’re looking for a FIM Client Advisor to:

• -Establish and grow long-term client relationships with Financial Intermediaries (External Asset Managers, Multi-Family Offices)
• -Serve as the primary point of contact for the Financial Intermediaries and providing tailored solutions in daily interactions
• -Collaborating with all areas of the bank as necessary to ensure seamless execution of all client-related processes and transactions, acting as a reliable and trusted partner to the Financial Intermediary
• -Responsible for timely and thorough review of FIMs and end clients in accordance with desk procedures
• -Collaborate with colleagues from across the bank to deliver the full extent of the UBS FIM offering to applicable FIMs
• -Contribute actively to the achievement of team goals
• -Comply with all relevant regulations, policies and standards, fostering a strong risk management culture

The team

•You’ll be working in the FIM Jersey team in Jersey. We are dedicated to serving Financial Intermediary/ External Asset Managers predominantly based in the Channel Islands and UK with passion and professionalism. Our ambition is to be the partner bank of choice within the Channel Islands and UK financial market. We place great emphasis on delivering efficient, high-quality service at all times.

Your skills and experience

•A passion for client interaction and a proactive, service-oriented mindset •Strong banking knowledge and understanding of wider financial markets •Level 4 qualification held at outset (mandatory) •Excellent proficiency in common MS Office and IT tools •High level of risk awareness and commitment to quality standards •Independent and team-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure •Excellent communication skills in English

• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
