About this role

About the Role The Client Advisor builds relationships with Burberry’s new and existing clients, delivering a personalised and elevated experience with commercial success. Reporting to the store management, the Client Advisor will inspire our clients by conveying passion for the brand, fashion and luxury products, and demonstrates a high level of knowledge in styling and selling. What You'll Do

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand
  • Provide luxury service with deep knowledge of product, fashion and styling
  • Follow the client journey: make a great first impression, discover the client, apply styling expertise, and close the sale to maintain the relationship
  • Follow up and deliver after-sales service
  • Support daily store operations, maintain high luxury standards in front and back of house, assist with inventory management, markdowns and stockroom maintenance
  • Follow company policies, guidelines, and Burberry visual standards
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work climate
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients; work by appointment to promote loyalty and incremental purchases
  • Capture new luxury clients to grow the client book; drive retention through regular contact and timely follow ups on sales or client requests What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets
  • Previous experience in clientelling
  • Strong interest in fashion, art and culture; good product knowledge
  • Understanding of store retail operations and knowledge of competitor products
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable
  • Demonstrates Confidence, Curiosity, Conviction, and Care; energetic, proactive and self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for selling; assertive with presentation and communication skills
  • Results-driven and commercial mindset; flexible, collaborative and adaptable Nice to Have
  • Other language knowledge beyond English is desirable Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary generally between $25.00 and $27.00 per hour at commencement; base salary is individualized and may be part of total compensation including commission, discretionary bonuses, short/long-term incentives, and company-sponsored benefits
