About the Role The Client Advisor role is at the heart of Burberry's retail experience, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service and building lasting relationships with both new and returning clients. Reporting to store management, you will embody Burberry's heritage and contemporary vision through thoughtful storytelling, expert styling, and tailored product recommendations.

What You'll Do

  • Exceed individual and store sales targets while upholding Burberry's luxury standards.
  • Engage clients through compelling storytelling that conveys the brand's values, craftsmanship, and collections.
  • Provide expert advice on product features, fashion trends, and styling, tailoring each recommendation to the client's needs.
  • Manage the full client journey—from welcoming discovery and product knowledge to confident closing and ongoing relationship nurturing.
  • Deliver exemplary after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Support daily operations and maintain impeccable luxury standards across front and back-of-house, including inventory management.
  • Uphold Burberry's visual merchandising guidelines to reinforce premium positioning.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment through open communication.
  • Proactively build relationships through appointments and spontaneous interactions, with a focus on attracting new luxury clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in luxury retail sales, consistently achieving or surpassing targets.
  • Experience in clienteling and strong CRM techniques; a passion for fashion, art, and culture.
  • Extensive product knowledge and understanding of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and selling processes.
  • Awareness of competitor brands and market trends to position Burberry effectively.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse groups and hierarchies.
  • Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English; additional languages encouraged.
  • Personal attributes aligned with Burberry's core values: Confidence, Curiosity, Conviction, and Care.
  • Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated with a detail-oriented, creative approach to selling.
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills; respectful and authentic interactions.

  • Adaptable and flexible, with a collaborative spirit.
