Clerk Storekeeper

About the Role Clerk Storekeeper at LEONI AG will perform activities within the Raw Material, Pagoda and Finished Goods warehouses, including unloading, booking, scanning, storing, picking, labeling, sequencing and loading according to the area of responsibility. The role focuses on ensuring stock accuracy, proper storage conditions, and coordinating shipments and documentation in the ERP system to support internal production and customer deliveries. What You'll Do

• Perform activities in Raw Material, Pagoda and Finished Goods warehouses (unloading, booking, scanning, storing, picking, labeling, sequencing, loading) according to area of responsibility.
• Inspect incoming goods for quality, quantity and packaging damages.
• Book goods receipts and goods issues in the ERP system.
• Forward goods shipments to employees or departments.
• Store goods according to standards and storage conditions.
• Pick goods for internal production or customer delivery to production area or customer.
• Prepare shipment and picking lists and close in ERP.
• Prepare shipping documents for customer deliveries or internal transports.
• Respect customer-specific packaging regulations.
• Declare shipments for finished goods to the forwarder.
• Prepare delivery notes for customer and internal plant traffic.
• Ensure operational readiness of material handling equipment.
• Ensure stock accuracy and stock transfers.
• Perform cycle counts and stocktakes as planned.
• Ensure proper storage conditions.
• Report procurement requirements for packaging materials and process incoming and outgoing packaging.
• Ensure customer packaging cleanliness.
• Support non-returnable packaging collection and disposal. What We're Looking For
• Education: Min BAC.
• Work experience: 1 year.
• IT: Microsoft Office.
• Language: French.
