About the Role
LEONI is seeking a Clerk Production Trainer to ensure and document on-the-job training and coaching for operators, identify training needs, and participate in operator evaluations. The role supports updating skills matrices and employee qualification data, collaborates with HR on training initiatives and data transfers, and ensures training aligns with the skill matrix. It also involves training related to complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, technical changes and modifications to instructions, and supporting our flexibility concept. The trainer will rotate operators to new workstations and monitor performance in terms of quality and productivity. What You'll Do

Ensure and document operators' on-the-job training and coaching.

Identify operators' training needs and participate in their evaluations/appraisals.

Support specialist training to maintain and update skills matrices and qualification data.

Work with HR on training updates, new initiatives and data transfers.

Perform duties in accordance with the skill matrix.

Provide training in response to complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, and changes to instructions.

Support the flexibility concept and rotation of employees across workstations.

Train employees on workstation requirements during rotations and monitor quality and quantity of performance in new workstations. What We're Looking For

Level of Education: Bac; Branch of Study: all branches.

Experience: 1 year of experience or Secondary high school level with 5 years of experience.

Languages: French, English.
