About the Role LEONI is seeking a Clerk Production Trainer to support operator training, coaching and qualification processes at the Zaghouan site in Tunisia. The role focuses on on-the-job training, maintaining the skills matrix, and collaborating with HR to implement training initiatives and updates. It also requires ensuring training across workstation rotations with emphasis on quality and productivity. What You'll Do
- Ensure and document on-the-job training and coaching for operators
- Identify operators' training needs
- Participate in operators' evaluation/appraisal
- Support specialist training to maintain/update skills matrix and employee qualification data
- Work with HR on training updates, new initiatives and data transfers
- Perform duties in accordance with skill matrix
- Provide training following complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, technical changes and changes to instructions
- Support the flexibility concept
- Train employees on the workstation required by the rotation and monitor performance in new workstations in terms of quality and quantity What We're Looking For
