Job title: Clerk – Cleaning and Maintenance Services
About the Role US Concerts is seeking a Clerk – Cleaning and Maintenance Services to keep our venues show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. This role performs highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the venue's business goals and objectives.
What You'll Do
- Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including by cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms; keep all guest-facing areas free of trash; restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
- Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the venue's goals.
