Clerk – Cleaning and Maintenance Services

Clerk – Cleaning and Maintenance Services is a part-time seasonal role responsible for maintaining a safe, clean venue and supporting routine maintenance and repairs of production equipment during events.

What You'll Do

• Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keeping all guest-facing areas free of trash, and restocking restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include sorting waste, collecting recycling, and educating our fans about our efforts.
• Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue, this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved sections, and storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricades, etc.
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to perform cleaning and sanitation across venue facilities (fixtures, floors, restrooms) and maintain guest areas free of trash.
• Basic maintenance and repair skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders; diagnose problems and replace/repair parts.
• Commitment to safety for employees and guests; able to work in a fast-paced event environment.
• Willingness to participate in sustainability and recycling programs and educate fans.
• Willingness to assist with end-of-show close-out duties (collect recyclables and store equipment).
