Job Objective
To provide operational and technical support for the organization's clearing and settlement platforms, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. The role is responsible for monitoring clearing activities, supporting reconciliation, investigating transaction exceptions, resolving basic processing issues, and escalating complex issues appropriately to ensure reliable clearing and settlement services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support daily operation of clearing and settlement applications.
- Monitor processing, investigate incidents and restore service within SLA.
- Perform approved system configuration and deployment activities.
- Support Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, UnionPay and domestic payment processing.
