About the Role
Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFSS) is seeking cleared Security Escorts to support escorting uncleared personnel in cleared environments. Qualified candidates must currently possess Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. This role focuses on secure access control and safeguarding sensitive information within client facilities.
What You'll Do

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve knowledge of post orders, policies, procedures and standards of conduct.

Perform escorting and monitoring of visitors/uncleared personnel to secure areas within the site, including access control through confirmation of identification, and inspection of visitors/uncleared personnel and hand-carried items.

Maintain line-of-sight of uncleared persons at all times while on site.

Maintain access logs consistent with project and customer requirements.

Prevent the unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information.

Properly cleanse secured areas prior to escorting uncleared personnel into the facility.

Follow all company and customer security and safety policies.

What We're Looking For

Active TS/SCI security clearance with SCI eligibility.

2-4 years of experience in roles requiring TS/SCI clearance.

Ability to work first, second, or third shifts; 24/7/365 coverage; flexible up to 40 hours per week.

Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) classification guidelines and ICD/ICS-705.

Knowledge of cleared security escort procedures (clearances reviews, SCI access) and security policies, prohibited items, and reportable incidents.
