About the Role Live Nation is seeking a Cleaning Crew member for the Belasco venue to help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment that supports live events. The role emphasizes safety, guest care, and operational cleanliness as part of delivering Encore moments for fans.
What You'll Do
- Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms; restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed; ensure guest-facing areas are free of trash.
- Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment, and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
- Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program, including waste sorting, collecting recyclables, and educating fans about sustainability efforts.
- Partner with staff at the end of shows to close the venue, including collecting recyclables and storing event equipment such as lawn chairs and barricades.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust as needed.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines, and basic mechanical/electrical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and parts-repair abilities with attention to safety and quality.
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and guest experience in a live venue setting.
- Willingness to participate in sustainability initiatives (sorting, recycling, and environmental education).
- Team player who can collaborate with venue staff to close out shows and prepare facilities for next events.
