Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Cleaners / Housekeeping Operatives to strengthen our Cleaning & Housekeeping team.
• The successful candidate will deliver an excellent service, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement at Enugu International Hospital.
• You will work within a multidisciplinary team serving patients across South-East Nigeria, with access to modern facilities and a clear pathway for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality, reliable service within the Cleaning & Housekeeping function
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals
• Maintain accurate records and uphold organisational standards
• Support quality improvement and process-efficiency initiatives

Qualifications and Experience

• Basic literacy with cleaning experience (healthcare setting preferred) with 2 years experience

• Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required

• Evidence of continuing professional development
