About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to join our team at an industrial site in Eastleigh.
We have two shift options available, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.
Shift Options
Option 1 – 3 Days Per Week (21 Hours per week)
Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday Hours: 6:00 am – 1:00 pm Flexibility: Start time can be up to 1 hour later.
Option 2 – Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 6:00 am – 10:00 am Flexibility: Start time can be adjusted, with a latest start time of 10:00 am. Agreed shift duration to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning washrooms and breakout areas on shop floor and office areas.
- Sweeping, mopping and maintaining clean floors.
- Cleaning surfaces and communal areas.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
- Following health and safety procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
- Willing to follow site safety procedures.
What We Offer
