About the Role EY Luxembourg is seeking a PMO & Support professional to work directly with the Chief of Staff, Country Managing Partner, and members of the CLC and Luxembourg Partnership. The first six months focus on supporting the Chief of Staff, with a subsequent assessment to determine continued engagement either at 50% or full PMO capacity across various projects within the firm. What You'll Do
- Confirm meeting logistics and ensure agendas are prepared and shared.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, formatted, and ready for review.
- Confirm attendance for key meetings.
- After six months, there will be an assessment to decide whether to continue and potentially work 50% or 100% as PMO for the CLC, handling different projects within the firm.
