About the Role Class Teacher (Fixed Term) at Ravens Academy, commencing 01 January 2027. Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract with small class sizes and Friday afternoon PPA time. What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality teaching to a primary class and promote pupil progress across English and Maths foundations.
- Plan, deliver and assess lessons, track pupil progress, and adapt teaching to meet needs.
- Contribute to safeguarding and welfare, work with families to ensure attendance and readiness to learn.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, creative learning environment.
- Participate in Friday PPA time with a small class. What We're Looking For
- Experience of teaching in a primary school.
- Ability to inspire and engage a class of children.
- High expectations of learning, achievement and behaviour.
- Positive, lively and creative; good team player. Nice to Have
- Experience working in a small class setting or Academy Transformation Trust environment. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £32,916 - £45,352 per year (M1-M6).
