About this role
Owner Operators Wanted — Great Revenue & Total Freedom
Hey owner operators—tired of being treated like just another truck number?
If you're done with low rates, terrible dispatchers, and getting micromanaged, let's talk.
We have a massive opportunity open right now for Class A drivers running east of I-35. It’s built to give you the massive freight network of a major player while keeping you completely in the driver's seat of your own business.
Here is what your week and earnings actually look like:
- Weekly Earnings: Pull in a strong weekly gross average between $5,000 and $7,700+ based on your runs.
- The Annual Money: Projected gross revenue sits right around $260,000, and our top drivers clear over $400,000. Plus, there's a $10,000 sign-on bonus waiting for you.
- Zero Forced Dispatch: You pick your loads and run your own routes. Use the driver app to line up up to 4 loads ahead of time (3 pre-plans and 1 active dispatch). The network board is mostly drop-and-hook, with live options if you want them.
- Flexible Pay: Get paid every Friday. Pick Plan A (65% line haul + 100% fuel surcharge) or Plan B (70% all-in rate), plus extra compensation for trailer searches.
- The Setup: Pull a 53' box trailer with your sleeper conventional. Take your truck home, and bring your pets and family along for the ride.
The Fine Print & Perks:
- Experience Needed: Just 3 months of trucking experience.
- Big Discounts: Keep more of your cash with fuel discounts averaging $0.50/gal (100% passed to you), up to 35% off Goodyear tires, and parts/maintenance savings.
- Benefits & Screening: Solid benefits including 401(k), PTO, vision, and dental are included, along with a standard pre-employment drug screening.
