About the Role Class A CDL Driver (SOLO2 Routes) with Beyond Reproach LLC – Kansas City, KS. You’ll operate newer Amazon-branded sleeper trucks, run regional SOLO2 routes, and deliver freight safely and on time with no-touch freight. This role offers a predictable schedule and the chance to be part of a driver-focused, small-team environment. What You'll Do
- Run regional SOLO2 routes with a structured, repeatable schedule
- Deliver freight safely and on time using modern tools and technology (GPS, handheld devices)
- Complete two, two-day runs with sleeper resets, followed by four consecutive days off What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A; 1+ year experience preferred (will consider strong newer driver)
- Clean MVR and positive DAC report
- Minimum age 21
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and electronic devices Nice to Have
- Experience with Amazon Freight partnerships or sleeper truck operations
- Familiarity with modern equipment (APU, fridge, microwave, TV) Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000+ annually; potential to increase to $80,000+ with additional shifts and optional routes
- 4 days on / 4 days off; home most nights
