About the Role

HelloRache is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a regional dry van operation serving the Southwest. This position offers weekly home time, regional freight, and a mileage-based pay package with additional incentive opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Maintain electronic logs and trip documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding load status.
• Handle primarily drop-and-hook freight; driver unload not required.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet DOT qualification requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

• Hazmat endorsement (endorsement not required).

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $0.53 per mile (loaded and empty) across all dispatched miles.
• Additional $0.01–$0.03 per mile as safety incentive.
• Additional $0.01 per mile for drivers with Hazmat endorsement (endorsement not required).
