About the Role Insomniac's Night Owl Transportation is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to provide safe local and long-distance transportation of Insomniac-related goods and assets. This role is based in Las Vegas, NV with on-the-road responsibilities and reports to both the General Manager and Logistics Manager. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, self-motivated, and excited to work in dance music culture.

What You'll Do

• Conduct Pre-Trip inspections on tractor and trailer per FMCSA/DOT standards and document results
• Safely secure loads per DOT standards to prevent damage
• Complete Pre-Trip inspection paperwork prior to departure from site, warehouse, and customer facilities
• Transport product to local and long-distance destinations within allocated time windows, adhering to all DOT rules
• Arrive on time for deliveries, pickups, and scheduled shifts
• Communicate with department heads, dispatch, and customers throughout trips
• Complete Post-Trip inspection paperwork as required and submit trip documents (logs, receipts, BOLs, inspection reports)
• Maintain assigned equipment (keep clean and fueled) to prevent downtime and damages
• Report lost, stolen, or damaged items immediately and document via standard procedures

What We're Looking For

• Class A CDL license
• Ability to safely transport goods locally and long-distance
• Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT standards and the ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Strong communication skills with dispatch, department heads, and customers
• Experience maintaining trip logs, receipts, BOLs, and other documentation
• Willingness to travel/on the road and work on-the-road shifts
• A passion for dance culture and Insomniac events is a plus
