Job title: Class A Bulk Tanker Driver
About the Role The Class A Bulk Tanker Driver will deliver industrial gases to Linde customer sites via tractor-trailer tankers. You will safely and efficiently transport cryogenic products such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, CO2, and hydrogen while ensuring compliance with safety standards, laws, and regulations. In some cases you may deliver to government facilities and other locations requiring extensive background checks and heightened security protocols.
What You'll Do
- Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Trailer coupling and uncoupling (drop and hook) when needed
- Connect and disconnect transfer hoses, ensuring secure couplings and proper handling of cryogenic tanks, hoses, and fittings
- Monitor pressure levels and temperature readings during delivery to ensure safe unloading
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during loading, unloading, and handling of cryogenic gases
- Ensure hazardous material shipping orders/papers are in accordance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation, logbooks, and records in compliance with DOT and company policies
- Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance
- Maintain a professional partnership with internal and external customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customer needs
- Continuously building your knowledge on how Linde’s business operates and succeeds to help organization to continue growing
- Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required
- Experience: Minimum two years verifiable tanker trailer experience and/or three years tractor trailer driving experience
- Previous cryogenics experience is a plus
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols and possess a strong safety mindset

- Previous cryogenics experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Average pay is $119,000 per year
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000
- Schedule: 5/2; paid weekly via direct deposit
