About the Role The DOT Driver is responsible for safely delivering bulk cryogenic liquids between Linde production facilities and customer sites, including cross-border shipments into the United States. This full-time night-shift role requires long hours, strict safety compliance, and precise documentation to keep our operations running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Complete required equipment inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Drive and deliver cryogenic and refrigerated liquid products to scheduled customers, including cross-border duties.
- Work a 5-on/2-off night shift, up to 70 hours per week, 8-14 hours per day.
- Enter and exit the cab using 3-point contact from a height of 3 feet.
- Handle hoses up to 50 lbs and stand outside up to 90 minutes during loading/unloading.
- Complete all required documentation: TDG paperwork, trip reports, fuel tickets, and other necessary reports.
- Use computerized systems and e-logs to meet delivery and compliance requirements.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Conduct site surveys of equipment and identify potential repairs for tanks at customer locations.
- Cross United States borders when required, including obtaining a FAST Card and meeting DOT requirements.
- Work away from home base for extended periods if required. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid provincial Class AZ Driver's License for at least 36 months, with 24 months of relevant driving experience with similar equipment.
- At least three (3) years of experience driving tanker liquid trailers, including b-trains.
- Training in Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) and WHMIS.
- Clean Driver's Abstract with no demerits.
- FAST Card.
- Registered and compliant with FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements. Compensation & Benefits
