About the Role Clamp Truck Operator at International Paper – Spotswood Container Plant. You will move raw materials (large paper rolls) through the plant and load/unload trailers to support production goals in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment. This role requires 18+ years of age, willingness to work various shifts and overtime, and the ability to pass post-offer checks. What You'll Do
- Move raw materials (large paper rolls) through the plant to and from the production area
- Load and unload trailers
- Maintain housekeeping and follow safety rules at all times
- Work overtime and on weekends as needed
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment; exposed to heat and cold
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
- Complete required pre-employment background checks (post-offer background, physical, and drug screening) What We're Looking For
- 18+ years old with High School Diploma
- 2+ years manufacturing environment experience
- 2+ years clamp truck driving experience
- 2+ years industrial truck operator experience preferred
- Ability to work various shifts and weekends, overtime
- Willing to work in non-climate-controlled environment Nice to Have
- Corrugated industry experience a plus Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $28.46 per hour (USD)
