About the Role
As a Claims Support Coordinator, you can make a world of difference to our policyholders in moments when they need you the most; from holiday losses to catastrophic events like accidents, fires and hurricanes. Your main task will be to deal with their claim documents and assign new claims or activities to our team’s Adjusters for them to process. You’ll be communicating regularly with customers and third parties as you assess and take decisions on the evidence of their claims. What You'll Do

Process basic claim activities, such as maintaining assignation databases

Upload documents to the system, processing payments to insured, etc.

Communicate with customers and third parties to assess evidence and make decisions on claims

Report complaints and compliments received via email or phone What We're Looking For

Experience of insurance operations, claims or a related area would be useful, but is not essential as you’ll be given a thorough induction and on-going training

Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)

Analytical mindset, well-organized, good at determining priorities and making decisions, and comfortable carrying out tasks independently

Lots of enthusiasm and a desire to learn

Good administrative skills

Basic computer skills, e.g., Excel, Outlook Nice to Have

Portuguese language ability (a plus)

Experience with travel insurance operations or service center environments (as highlighted in the role context) Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: MXN 148,000 to 266,000 based on experience (monthly)
