About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Swiss Re's Life & Health Reinsurance Market Unit in Hong Kong as a Claims Specialist, where your technical expertise will directly influence the quality and integrity of claims decisions across the HKTW portfolio. You'll be a key contributor to a team that values precision, fairness, and continuous improvement — working at the intersection of client service, governance, and claims innovation.
Reporting to the Head of L&H Underwriting, Claims & HNW for Hong Kong & Taiwan, you will play an instrumental role in delivering a meaningful, best-in-class claims service while sharing expertise with clients and internal stakeholders across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain governance guidelines and quality control for a robust operation of HKTW L&H Claims and ensuring adherence to relevant frameworks and standards
- Manage and assess claims with technical rigor, delivering fair, accurate, and timely decisions that align with policy terms, conditions, and pricing assumptions
