About the Role Liberty Mutual's Claims team combines empathy and understanding with investigative and negotiation skills to help policyholders navigate the Claims process and get back on their feet. Whether you’re on the go in the field, based in one of our offices, or working remotely, you’ll flex your skills in a dynamic, detail-oriented, and collaborative setting where every day brings new challenges and rewards.
What You'll Do
- Interact with customers to understand claims, assess and investigate, and help reach fair resolutions.
- Read customers' mood, relate to their feelings, listen to concerns, and provide comfort and reassurance.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, colleagues, and others involved in a claim to deliver prompt, fair resolutions.
- Manage time, reprioritize tasks, and adapt to changing demands, case changes, and policy updates in a digital-first environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage technology to support claims processes.
