Possible Tasks within this Role
- Maintenance of debt collection procedures (leasing /credit contracts).
- Monitoring of clients' portfolio payment discipline.
- Implementation of measures for settlement of overdue debts.
- Written/verbal contacts with clients (soft collection).
- Cooperation with collection agencies (hard collection support).
Qualification requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.
- Work experience in sphere of debt management as well as knowledge of legal basics is advantageous.
