Volt is immediately hiring for Claims Entry Specialist in Fountain Valley, CA
As a Claims Entry Specialist, you will:
- Be responsible for processing dealer incentive claims.
- Be responsible for reviewing and classifying documents uploaded by dealers.
- Be responsible for investigating claim cases with issue and reaching out to the dealers when necessary.
- Be responsible for responding to claims-related inquiries via VINSHELP email inbox.
- Be responsible for supporting Incentives personnel on ad-hoc requests related to incentive claims.
This is a full-time 12-months contract opportunity.
- Basic computer experience such as MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of automotive or relevant experience, SAP knowledge, & familiar with Adobe.
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
