Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
- Technical guidance and coach to Employer liability claims team
- Handle complicated domestic Body injury claims
- Vendor management
- Joint efforts with marketing & underwriter in product development and marketing facing activities
- Handle claims enquiry from internal & external customers
- Reporting and claims data analysis by portfolio / channel
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Law education background preferred
- Insurance basics
- Employer Liability / Medical products
- Negotiation, disability related preferred
- People management, team leader preferred
- Body Injury claims handling
- Customer service
- Fluent English
