Responsibilities

• Manage

• municipal clients/projects

• Develop

• design concepts

• Prepare

• reports, estimates, contract documents, specifications

• Administer

• the public bidding process

• Assist

• with business development (attend industry functions, client meetings and

• presentations)

• Communicate

• with clients and external contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s

• degree in civil engineering

• 5+

• years municipal engineering experience

• PE

• License

• Knowledge

• of MnDOT requirements, State-Aid procedures and funding programs (USDA Rural

• Development and Public Facility Administration)

• Working

• knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroStation preferred

Salary

is commensurate with experience.
