We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Victoria Island (V.I), Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction projects and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and assess construction materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Review engineering drawings, technical reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and engineering practices.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in real estate or building construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural drawings, and project supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- COREN registration or eligibility is an advantage.
Salary
N300,000 Monthly
