Section: About the role Buckle Messenger is seeking a skilled and hands-on Civil Engineer / Architect / Site Supervisor to oversee construction and renovation projects, manage site operations, supervise workers, and ensure project delivery meets quality and aesthetic standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, practical site experience, and the ability to coordinate activities effectively while reporting directly to management.
Section: Responsibilities
- Supervise workers and manage daily site operations.
- Coordinate workflow and ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and site performance.
- Identify construction errors and implement corrective measures.
- Oversee renovation projects and ensure high aesthetic standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to the Managing Director.
- Maintain effective communication with contractors and project stakeholders.
- Ensure work is completed according to specifications and timelines.
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–8 years' relevant professional experience.
- Practical experience in renovation projects, error detection, and remediation.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site management.
- Hands-on approach to project execution and supervision.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
- Must be punctual, proactive, and detail-oriented.
