Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned civil works including excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, blockwork or general construction support.

• Read and work to drawings, method statements and supervisor instructions.

• Use hand and power tools safely and maintain work areas in good condition.

• Check dimensions, levels, materials and workmanship against requirements.

• Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and maintain work progress.

• Report defects, material shortages, unsafe conditions and progress to the supervisor.

• Skills & Competencies

• Relevant civil construction experience

• Ability to interpret basic drawings and measurements

• Knowledge of construction tools and safe work practices

• Physical ability and teamwork

• Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant degree, HND, OND, trade qualification or recognized professional certification appropriate to the discipline and level.

• Relevant industrial, construction, oil & gas, marine or project experience is preferred.

• Role-specific statutory, technical, offshore, safety or professional certifications shall be provided where required by the client, site or applicable standards.
