About the Role
As a Microsoft Circular Center Program Manager (CCPM), you will support the field operations leadership team to operationalize strategic initiatives consistently at campus level, ensure financial planning and performance reviews align with rhythm of the business calendars, and drive cross-team coordination to advance Circular Center goals. What You'll Do

Coordinate and operationalize campus-level Circular Center initiatives in partnership with field operations, finance, and cross-functional partners.

Monitor financial planning, budgeting, and performance reviews in rhythm with the business calendars.

Manage program execution, timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications to ensure milestones are met.

Analyze and optimize processes to improve efficiency and impact across campuses.

Collaborate with operations leadership to implement scalable programs across sites. What We're Looking For

Experience in program management, preferably in data center operations or equivalent operations management.

Strong analytical skills, budgeting and financial planning experience, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, with a track record of driving results.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and influence without formal authority.
