Summary: Microsoft is hiring a Circular Center Logistics Technician to support data center inventory and logistics operations. The role focuses on receiving and shipping equipment, inventory tracking, server decommissioning, data-bearing device destruction, warranty processing, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments, receiving, and deliveries.
- Perform inventory audits, reconciliation, staging, and material movement.
- Process server decommissioning and data-bearing device destruction.
- Handle hardware warranty and RMA processes.
- Coordinate vendor security escorts and follow site security procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks where required.
- Follow safety, security, and data-management procedures.
- Work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays when assigned.
- May travel up to 25% to support other locations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma + 6 months of relevant inventory, retail, warehouse, or related experience/internship, or equivalent.
- Preferred: 2+ years of warehouse, IT, supply chain, or logistics experience.
- Experience with heavy-load equipment is advantageous.
- Must pass Microsoft security/background screening.
- U.S. citizenship verification is required for this position.

Pay:
- ATR-B: $23.22–$32.36/hour
- ATR-C: $23.85–$37.79/hour
- Higher ranges apply in the San Francisco Bay Area.
