About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Cigar Helper to support the Cigar Head in maintaining the cigar lounge, assisting customers, and ensuring proper storage, presentation, and service of premium cigars.

Responsibilities

Assist with cigar storage, humidor maintenance, and inventory management
Prepare cigars for service, including cutting and presentation when required
Support customers with basic cigar recommendations and refer complex requests to the Cigar Head
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cigar lounge and display areas
Restock supplies and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar, lounge, cigar lounge, or hospitality environment is an advantage
Basic knowledge of cigars and willingness to learn cigar service and storage techniques
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
Professional appearance and positive attitude
