About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cigar Head to oversee all cigar-related operations, ensuring premium product quality, exceptional customer experiences, and proper humidor management in a luxury bar & lounge environment.

Responsibilities

• Curate and manage the cigar menu, sourcing premium cigars from reputable suppliers
• Maintain humidor conditions and ensure proper cigar storage and inventory management
• Guide customers in selecting cigars and provide pairing recommendations with beverages
• Educate guests on cigar origins, flavour profiles, and smoking techniques
• Build strong relationships with regular and VIP customers while driving cigar sales

Requirements

• Proven experience in a cigar lounge, bar, or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of cigar brands, regions, flavor profiles, and humidor management
• Excellent customer service, communication, and upselling skills
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an added advantage
