About the Role
As a Cielo Recruiter supporting GE Vernova in Hangzhou, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication. This role supports high-volume production and logistics hiring within manufacturing environments.
What You'll Do
- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in manufacturing environments with high-volume production and logistics hiring.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver recruitment activities, with working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English for daily business communication.
- Strong candidate evaluation, market data interpretation, and talent pipeline development.
- Proactive communicator who can build credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
- Willingness to be based in Hangzhou, China and participate in a hybrid onsite work setup (3 days onsite per week).
