About the Role

The Supplier Quality Engineer/ Specialist will drive progress, solve problems, and mentor more junior team members within the supplier quality domain for electronic device manufacturing projects in Hanoi, Vietnam.

What You'll Do

• Establish and monitor supplier quality processes for electronics manufacturing

• Investigate quality issues, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing quality and reliability

• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge

• What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (technical fields) or related areas

• At least 2 years of experience in supplier quality management or related mechanical/industrial engineering roles

• Knowledge of quality tools and manufacturing processes

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Nice to Have

• Experience in electronics manufacturing projects

• Experience with supplier audits, APQP, PPAP, etc
