Chiropractor Hampton VA Urgently Hiring $90K–$120K total comp | Established Patient Base | No Weekends We are seeking a confident and motivated Chiropractor to join our established, growing practice in Hampton, VA, just 15 miles north of Norfolk. This is a W-2 employed position with a guaranteed base salary plus up to $20,000 in additional performance compensation when on target. Even better—you won't be starting from scratch. You'll step into an established patient base with strong new-patient flow and an experienced clinical and administrative team supporting you.
What You'll Do

Perform chiropractic adjustments and extremity adjusting

Conduct patient exams, re-exams, and progress evaluations

Take and review X-rays and clinical findings

Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans

Educate patients and clearly communicate recommendations

Identify patients who may benefit from rehabilitation, spinal decompression, or other supportive therapies

Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Collaborate with our experienced clinical and support team

What We're Looking For
-
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
-
Virginia chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure
-
Confident, skilled full-spine adjuster who is comfortable with techniques such as Diversified, Thompson Drop, and Activator

Pediatric experience and Webster Certification are a plus, but not required
