The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an EMEA Account Manager at Automotive Vertical, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading Chinese OEM and Tier accounts across EMEA.
- Implementing account plans that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities by leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends.
- Building strong relationships with customer decision-makers located in both EMEA and China.
- Collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to develop winning customer strategies and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Driving profitable growth and achieving or exceeding sales objectives across assigned accounts.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
- Strong account management, business development, and relationship-building skills in a B2B environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, working with OEMs and/or Tier suppliers.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience working with Chinese OEMs and/or Tier suppliers in an international automotive environment.
- Knowledge of the European automotive ecosystem, including OEM, Tier, and supply chain structures across EMEA.
Job specifics:
- Location: Hungary/Poland/Czech Republic or Slovakia.
- Territory: EMEA
- Travel: Up to 30-50% across EMEA and China.
- Work Model: Remote / home-based.
- Working Pattern: Full-time.
