Section: Description We are seeking an experienced Chinese Cuisine Chef with excellent slicing and knife skills to join our kitchen team. Section: Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Chinese dishes including Fried Rice, Noodles, Chow Mein, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Manchurian, Spring Rolls, and Stir-fried Vegetables
- Perform precise slicing and cutting of meat, chicken, and vegetables
- Operate wok station and maintain high cooking standards
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely service Section: Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Chinese Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Excellent knife and slicing skills (practical test required)
