China SHE Associate Director

As China SHE Associate Director, you will play a key role in the safety, health and environment for employees and company by supporting SS&E head on operation and overseeing the execution of safety operations across region of China. You will be major contact person in China to Global SHE team and receiving global standard/guidelines and will work closely with the local teams in each site to localize global standard in each site and maintain consistently high SHE standards at all sites in China. 作为中国区现场SHE负责人，您将在保障员工和公司安全、健康与环境方面发挥关键作用，协助运营副总裁开展工作，并监督在中国各地区安全、健康与环境运营的执行情况。您将作为中国区和全球总部SHE团队的主要对接人并接受全球标准/指南，并将与各地团队密切合作，确保中国区始终维持高标准的SHE标准以及全球标准在各个现场适当地本地化和执行。

Your contribution:

• Provide guidance to ensure the effective implementation, integration and continuous improvement of BioNTech’s Global SHE Standards across all sites of China. This includes both strategic oversight and hands-on operational execution working under the guidance of China regional site leadership to maintain a unified, compliant and operationally effective SHE framework. 提供指导以确保百欧恩泰总部SHE标准在中国区的有效实施、整合以及持续改进。这包括战略层面的监督以及在中国区领导层的指导下进行实际操作执行，以维持统一、合规且具有有效运营性的SHE框架。

• Counterpart to global SHE team, receive and localize global SHE policy / procedure to China, build up and update SHE operation dashboard with global team 作为全球SHE团队的对接窗口，接受全球SHE政策/规程并本地化至中国区，设立SHE运营仪表盘并更新SHE运营状况

• Assist the department head in developing the annual performance targets for SHE in China based on the global SHE annual performance goals, and break them down to each site, monitoring the completion status of the annual performance targets. 协助部门责任人，根据全球SHE年度绩效目标制定中国区的SHE年度绩效，并分解至各个现场，监督年度绩效的完成状态

• Oversee and actively manage the governance and performance of third‑party SHE providers, ensuring alignment with BioNTech's standards, contract expectations and long‑range capability requirements across all China sites. 监督并积极管理第三方SHE服务提供商的治理和绩效情况，确保其符合百欧恩泰的标准、合同要求以及在中国区的长期能力需求。

• Assess and track risks, drive mitigation, monitor developments and steer incident response and investigations. 评估并跟踪风险，推动风险的降低，监控事态发展，并指导事件响应及调查工作。

• Design and manage integrated SHE concepts, technologies and preparedness, ensuring effective, robust protection. 设计并管理综合的SHE理念、技术及准备措施，确保实现高效、稳固的防护。

• Serve as the local SHE advisor, offering strategic counsel to executive leadership and business functions and ensuring that China business and SHE priorities are reflected in planning and decision‑making. 担任当地SHE顾问，为高层领导和业务部门提供战略建议，并确保中国的业务和SHE方面的重点能够体现在规划和决策过程中。

• Foster a proactive SHE culture across the China network, ensuring that SHE awareness, confidentiality and risk‑informed decision‑making are embedded into China site operations and employee behavior. 在中国范围内培养积极主动的SHE文化，确保SHE意识、保密性以及基于风险的决策制定能够融入中国区的运营以及员工的日常行为之中。

• Willingness to travel occasionally, both national and international 愿意接受国内和海外出差。
