About the Role An experienced Chiller Technician to join Johnson Controls' Service Team to support ambitious growth. This role offers autonomy, technical challenges, and opportunities to develop leadership skills while working on diverse projects.
What You'll Do
- Respond to system breakdowns and perform scheduled preventive maintenance
- Commission Chillers/HVAC equipment on customer sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Overhaul and fault-find across reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal systems
- Document and report equipment status and service activities
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Chiller/HVAC systems and field service
- Ability to commission, troubleshoot, and repair chillers
- Strong fault-finding skills across reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal systems
- Comfortable working on customer sites with autonomy and a results-driven mindset
- Good documentation and reporting skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in data centers, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, or higher education environments
- Interest in developing leadership skills and cross-functional growth across HVAC, BMS, Project Management, and Sales
